This page contains a very brief and easy to understand, yet powerful, explanation of the program.
This is not your average affiliate program (although many of them are great) selling a product for a small commission. This is a fresh new affiliate program and service that many people have a critical need for right now, where the affiliate can make big money on each signup.
Affiliates and Advocates will be able to make up to an average of 400.00 per signup and 160.00 for the signup of affiliates under them that they bring in. Advocates and Affiliates get paid for every month a homeowner under them is a member receiving services to help the homeowner get out of foreclosure, so the $400.00 and $160.00 are cumulative averages.
As mentioned with the Help To Stop Foreclosure new affiliate program Affiliates can make upwards of an average of $400.00 per signup and at the same time the homeowner fighting foreclosure can pay a low amount, starting as low as $600.00 down and $295.00 a month until the litigation or out of court negotiation is over, usually within 6 to 18 months.

The Affiliate that makes the sale makes $80.00 and his/her up-line Affiliate makes $10.00 on the $600.00 One Time Payment portion of the sale. On the $295.00 monthly payment portion of the plan the Affiliate making the sale makes $25.00 and their up-line Affiliate makes $10.00. Affiliates please remember several hours are spent researching the homeowners foreclosure dispute and documents and it takes many hours to draft paperwork for the homeowner’s argument, so the rest of the money that is leftover after affiliate commissions is a small amount for the next friend and/or paralegals to research and prepare the homeowner/attorney paperwork for a successful argument in or out of court.
In one month the Affiliate Signs up 10 Homeowners under this plan – 10 x 80 = $800.00
Within 2 weeks the Homeowner makes their first monthly payment 10 x 25 = $250.00, that’s $800.00 + $250.00 = $1050.00 for just 10 signups in one month.
If the Affiliate becomes an Advocate they make an extra $30.00 per signup – 10 x $30.00 = $300.00. Add that to the $1050.00 and you get $1350.00 in a month with just 10 signup.
If the Affiliate has affiliates under him or her that signup 10 homeowners the Affiliate makes $10.00 x 10 = $100.00. That $100.00 added on to the $1350.00 = $1450.00
If the Affiliate takes on advocacy duties for just 10 more homeowners from other affiliates that are not advocates the Affiliate makes $20.00 per homeowner they service, that’s 10 x $20.00 = $200.00. Add that $200.00 on to the $1450.00 you get $1650.00.
Also remember the affiliate will get residual monthly earnings on their signups each month. If an Affiliate had 10 signups for the 10 previous months the Affiliate for the 10 signups those previous months gets $250.00 for each group of 10 previous signups with no extra work involved, just because they previously signed up the 10 homeowners the previous 10 months and the homeowners stayed on. That’s means after 10 months of signing up just 10 people per month that stay on as members the Affiliate receives 10 x $250.00 = $2500.00 month after month as long as those previous month’s signups stay on to finish stopping foreclosure. Fantastic!!!

Advocate Duties and Compensation:
The Affiliate that has time to become an Advocate and take on advocacy duties for his/her signup receives $30.00 per month for helping their homeowners in need with filling out the one time 20 question preliminary audit questionnaire or referring the homeowner to the Host for help, calling the homeowner and logging on a project management spread sheet times and dates for events and tasks and that they have called the homeowner to make sure the homeowner is on track and understands the current stage their foreclosure issue is in and the advocate will email the Host with any issues that homeowner may have.
The advocate is required to call and talk with the homeowner 3 times a month for about 10 minutes or less just to find out if there are any problems on the homeowner’s end and then log and email the Host with the issue, that’s it. The Advocate may also be asked to attend a one half-hour to 45 minute group or individual conference call per month for advocates to keep them updated on processes and events.
Advocates may also take on advocacy duties for homeowners that other Affiliates signup and receive 20.00 per month to do so.
Advocates also receive a portion of the settlement money when applicable. The Help To Stop Foreclosure Host asks for a percentage of the final settlement money that the homeowner is awarded and the advocate will get a portion of the money (usually one percent) should we secure an agreement with the homeowner for a small portion of the settlement. If the settlement is a large settlement this could be hundreds of dollars for the Advocate, but it is impossible to state a particular amount at this time.
The Affiliate that makes the sale makes $450.00 and his/her up line Affiliate makes $70.00. Since this plan is for a one time payment there are no monthy payments or monthly commissions. There are no Affiliates needed for Advocate duties for this plan since advocacy duties are taken care of in-house for this plan.
In one month the Affiliate Signs up 10 Homeowners under this plan – 10 x $450.00 = $4500.00
If the Affiliate has affiliates under him or her that signup 10 homeowners under this plan the Affiliate makes $70.00 x 10 = $700.00. That $700.00 added on to the $4500.00 = $5200.00 for the month for just 10 signups under this plan.
Another Great Plan for Homeowner and Affiliate!!!
The Affiliate that makes the sale makes $225.00 and his/her up line Affiliate makes $35.00 per payment and there are two payments. Since this plan is for a one time payment there are no monthly payments or monthly commissions. There are no Affiliates needed for Advocate duties for this plan since advocacy duties are taken care of in-house for this plan.
In one month the Affiliate Signs up 10 Homeowners under this plan – 10 x $225.00 = $2250.00
If the Affiliate has affiliates under him or her that signup 10 homeowners under this plan the Affiliate makes $35.00 x 10 = $350.00. That $350.00 added on to the $2250.00 = $2600.00 for the month for 2 months because there are two payments so that adds up to $5200.00 for just 10 sign-ups under this plan.
